§ 2.36.040. Terms.

Except for the executive director, each member shall be appointed for a term of three years or the unexpired portion of his/her predecessor's term. Board officers, including chairperson, vice chairperson, and secretary shall be elected for a one year term or the unexpired portion of his/her predecessor's term.
