§ 2.36.030. Composition.

A.

The board shall consist of nine to twenty-five (25) members.

B.

No member of the board shall be an employee of the center, or spouse or child, parent, brother or sister by blood or marriage of such an employee.

C.

The ENHC executive director shall be an ex-officio nonvoting member of the board.
