§ 2.35.010. Department created.

There is established the health department within the administrative branch of the city. The management of the human resources policies and the fiscal policies of the Edgar Nollner Health Center is the primary responsibility of the department. In addition, the department shall manage the ENHC in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the Edgar Nollner Health Center Board pursuant to section 2.36.050 and by the city council. The department shall generally seek to promote the health of the people served by the ENHC.
