§ 9.20.020. Tobacco citations.

A.

The Miscellaneous Offenses laws of Alaska as set forth in Chapter 76 of Title 11 of Alaska Statutes. (Tobacco possession by person under nineteen (19).)

B.

All citations issued under Title 11 shall use the appropriate "AS" or "AC" citation numbers, but shall also bear a "GC" prefix in order to designate the appropriate City of Galena ordinance.
