§ 9.08.020. Loitering prohibited on school grounds.

A.

Loitering on or within two hundred (200) feet of any school grounds between the hours of nine p.m and seven a.m is prohibited.

B.

This provision applies to schools serving students in twelfth grade or younger. It shall apply to schools for kindergarten students and for preschool children.
