§ 8.08.030. Violation—Penalty.

Any person, firm, corporation, club, association or other organization who knowingly violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof may be fined in amount not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or may be imprisoned for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days or both such fine and imprisonment.
