§ 8.04.020. Storage, handling and detonation of explosives.

No person shall store, handle or detonate any explosives or explosive device within the city limits of the city, except in full compliance with federal and state laws and regulations regulating the storage, handling and detonation of explosives and explosive devices. Copies of the federal and state regulations will be kept on file in the office of the city clerk.
