§ 6.04.020. Mature dog defined.

  • A dog over the age of six months is declared a mature dog and must be securely confined. "Confined" as used herein means tied by means of one or more five-foot steel kennel chains with swivels and snaps affixed to a solid object; or kept in a pen or in a household; or on a leash held by the owner or other person; or in a harness connected to a sled.
