§ 3.08.190. Delinquent sales tax roll.

A notice of delinquent sales tax accounts, including amounts and pertinent dates, may be published in June, September, December, and March as soon as practical after the unpaid taxes for the preceding quarters have become delinquent. Publication will be in a newspaper of general circulation within the city.
