§ 3.04.090. Permits.

  • The council may by resolution grant permits for the use of city real property. Permits may be granted for not more than one year; provided, however, a permit may be re-issued from period to period if the council approves. Permits are personal to the holder, do not convey any interest in the property, cannot be the basis for any preference right to acquire the property and may not be transferred. The permit shall describe the permitted use and any limitations imposed on the user. Failure to comply with the terms of the permit shall cause immediate termination.
