§ 2.16.190. Unused ballots.

All ballots not voted by voters shall be returned for destruction by the judges to the clerk who shall keep a record of the number of ballots returned to him or her indicating when each was returned. The number of ballots damaged by voters and replaced by election officials pursuant to Section 2.16.160F, shall be recorded.
