A.
Permitted.
Principal Uses and Structures.
1.
Gravel extraction and processing.
2.
Warehousing and heavy equipment sales.
3.
Storage and servicing marina.
4.
Small boat harbor, boat storage, docks, wharfs, transportation, transshipment facilities and services.
5.
City, state, federal maintenance equipment storage facilities.
6.
Dwelling for watchman.
7.
Caretaker.
8.
Log processing.
9.
Wood processing.
10.
Sawmills.
11.
All of the foregoing uses; provided, that such uses are not or will not be offensive by reason of the creation or emission of dust, gas, smoke, fumes or other air pollutants, noise, vibrations, odors, fire or explosives.
B.
Accessory Uses and Structures.
1.
Garages.
2.
Sheds.
3.
Stockpiling storage.
4.
Shipping.
5.
Other uses and structures clearly incidental to and subordinate to the principal uses and structures.
C.
Conditional Uses.
1.
Bulk fuel sales and storage.
2.
Junk and wrecking yards.
3.
Dumping disposal.
4.
Incineration of refuse including sanitary land fills.
5.
Public and quasi-public uses.
6.
Other uses which will not create a nuisance or hazard and which in the judgment of the planning commission are not more objectionable to the general health and welfare than the other uses listed above.
D.
Prohibited Uses and Structures. All uses and structures not identified in the principal uses and structures, accessory uses and structures, and conditional uses.
