    Principal Uses and Structures.

    1.

    Retail sales, services, businesses.

    2.

    Eating establishments.

    3.

    Alcohol.

    4.

    Laundromats.

    5.

    Hardware stores.

    6.

    Bakeries.

    7.

    Sales (on/off sale).

    8.

    Other retail and service establishments.

    9.

    Hotels.

    10.

    Motels.

    11.

    Boarding establishments.

    12.

    Gasoline retail sales.

    13.

    Service stations.

    14.

    Business and professional offices.

    15.

    Private clubs.

    16.

    Lodges.

    B.

    Accessory Uses and Structures. Uses which are clearly incidental and subordinate to principal uses and shall not cause or create a nuisance or hazard.

    C.

    Conditional Uses. Multifamily dwellings and other uses which will not create a nuisance or hazard and which in the judgment of the planning commission are not more objectionable to the general health and welfare than the other uses listed above.

    D.

    Prohibited Uses and Structures. Uses or structures not permitted under the principal, accessory or conditional uses.
