§ 16.20.040. Intersections.

  • A.

    Right Angle. Streets shall intersect as nearly as possible at right angles and not more than two streets shall intersect at one point unless approval is granted by the planning commission.

    B.

    Rounded. Property lines at street intersections shall be rounded with a radius of at least fifteen (15) feet.

    C.

    Jogs. Street intersections with centerline offsets of less than one hundred twenty-five (125) feet shall be avoided. Where streets intersect major streets, their alignment shall be continuous.
