§ 16.20.010. Conformance.

Latest version.

The proposed subdivision shall conform to:
A.

All applicable ordinances of the city.

B.

The comprehensive plan of the city.

C.

The regulations of the Department of Environmental Conservation, state of Alaska, relating to lot size and lot elevation if the subdivision is not served by a public sewer or the provision for such service has not been made.

D.

The regulations of the State Department of Transportation and Public Facilities relating to safety of access and the preservation of the public interest and investment in streets and highways if the subdivision or any lot contained therein abuts on a state highway.
