§ 13.12.030. Holding tank required.

The owner or occupant of each dwelling, business establishment or other building occupied by person must provide and maintain at least one holding tank for sewage unless there is available some other form of permitted sewage collection, storage and disposal facility, such as sanitary can, chemical toilet, gas or electricity unit, etc. The owner and tenant of rental property are jointly responsible to insure that at lease one proper sewage collection facility is provided and maintained at each rental unit.
